At Lumy Cosmetics, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. Typical delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • USA: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

(These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.)


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available during promotions or for minimum order amounts.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors or your building first.
If it remains missing, contact us and we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages scanned as delivered by the carrier.

For packages that are lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.


Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
