At Lumy Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not in working condition, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a clear photo or video of the damaged item and packaging
    Once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed immediately.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please reach out within 7 days and we will resend the correct item right away.

Returns for Other Reasons

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept used or opened returns.
If your item is unopened and brand new, you may return it at your own shipping cost. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not shipped yet.
